We are looking for a reliable person who can operate equipment such as a skid steer, payloader, and tractor to help get work done on our modern dairy farm. This position would include a variety of equipment tasks, such as relief feeding, barn cleaning, other miscellaneous tasks, as well as equipment maintenance and small repairs. Additionally, there could be some basic building repair and maintenance.
We would consider part time or full time applicants. Rotating weekend work. Up to 8 hour work day, some flexibility in schedule.
This job would involve work both outside and inside, and both on your own and with others. We will expect you to get to work on time and get things done. We will provide training as needed.
