News America Marketing is the nation's leading single source marketing services company whose home delivered and in-store media united under Smart Source Family Brand. We are currently seeking a part-time In-Store Merchandiser to service retail outlets in the Boonville, Old Forge, Lyonsdale and surrounding areas.
Overall Summary:
The In-Store Representative completes multiple advertising and merchandising programs following a calendar of scheduled visits. As a result, the In-Store Rep enhances the image of News America Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Program Execution:
Achieve specified client objectives and assignments
Complete ads, and or merchandising programs as assigned by Market Management
Remove, install and maintain News America Marketing products in specified retailers
Communicate with supervisors and internal colleagues as required within 24 hours
Attend monthly training meetings and individual training meetings as scheduled by the Manager
Report completion of projects in a timely and accurate manner
Complete all assigned work within budgeted hours provided
Customer Relationships:
Experience Needed:
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of retail environment and customer experience preferred

Demonstrate a sense of urgency
Honesty and Integrity
Very Detailed
Skill Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand on feet for extended periods
Certain projects may require repetitive bending and lifting and stretching
Ability to install Smart Source products including carts, shelfs, freezer, floor talks
Non-Skill Requirement:
In-Store Rep must have driver license for at least 2 years
Reliable insured and registered vehicle
Ability to drive during the day and night required
Personal Computer with Windows 2000XP or higher and printer
Internet and Email access; high speed preferred
Adherence to Dress Code
