Looking for an experienced responsible part time handy man to cover
Areas in Herkimer and Montgomery Counties.
Needs to have experience in
Carpentry: Cabinet repair, trim work, door/window repair, drywall and spackle, Paint
flooring: remove old floors and replace
Light plumbing: faucet, valve, Sink, toilet replacement
Light electrical: change switches & sockets.
Mowing.
Must be able to communicate responsively and hold commitments.
