Small Software Company looking for a Sales Manager
In this position you will fill several roles.
Answer phones and emails providing Pre Sales support to potential customers, gathering information for Technical Support to existing customers and handling customer account questions, changes, etc.
Shipping products out to customers, receiving incoming returns from customers.
Minor bookkeeping work creating estimates and invoices, receiving payments, etc.
Outgoing lead generation as time permits (no cold calling).
Being organized as must.
Excellent phone skills are required.
Prior experience using a CRM such as SalesForce or Zoho a plus. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is an extra plus.
General computer skills are required, daily usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, Web based applications, etc.
