Warehouse Operator- As a Warehouse Operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our warehousing logistics and truck loading procedures while "Delivering the Difference" internally to our delivery drivers and externally ensuring accurate and quality products make their way to our customers.
Essential job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Operator will be involved in loading and unloading material in a systematic way
Ability to train and properly use a forklift, following all safety protocols
Ability to efficiently coordinate work with co-workers and take orders from supervisors
Awareness of the safety and official procedures for handling goods and supplies
Ability to effectively manage time and meet set targets and deadlines
Responsible for the overall appearance of the facility and housekeeping/repair duties
Development and accountability to necessary policies and procedures that ensure efficient and compliant operations
Qualifications included:
Ability to work in diverse climate including cooler and freezer conditions
Multi-tasked individual
Ability to work independently and in a team based atmosphere
Driven, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve on our current efforts
Ability to pass (negative result) a drug test & background screening
