Job Duties:

Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to verify requirements and implement solutions
Produce and maintain workflow documentation
Translate and convey concepts and processes through user stories and end-user documentation
Validate business needs
Communicate changes, enhancements and modifications of business requirements

Requirements:

Proficient understanding of the Salesforce platform and related workflows
Salesforce Ceritified (+)
3-5+ years of Salesforce Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
