Project OverviewThe Associate Management Asset Analyst is responsible for working with the Blenheim-Gilboa Asset Performance Management on site to coordinate, assess and optimize resources during project life cycles. Provide Maximo expertise as it relates to utilizing the system, data integrity and providing support and training in the Region. Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Enter data into the Maximo EAM system as prescribed by the Asset Performance Team; Improve asset attribute data by remedying discrepancies identified by the Data Quality Tool, Reliability Centered Maintenance outputs, and operational project turnover.
  • Where appropriate, work to integrate Asset Information into the Maximo EAM with due regard for secure access and ease of use; make relevant asset information available to appropriate users while ensuring the quality and security of asset data using Asset Management Central and the Asset Maintenance Manual as a guide.
  • Help close gaps identified within the Asset Performance Program by supporting the Asset Onboarding, Preventative Maintenance strategy, and Job Plan creation.
  • Coordinate responses to data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve process problems by collecting and analyzing information, coordinating solutions.
  • Work with Site and Headquarters on Prometheus inspection rounds to support APM tool development.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, text documents, graphs, and templates as requested.
  • Special projects as assigned by the Asset Performance Superintendent.
Skills
  • Solid computer literacy. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project mandatory. Ability to easily acquire new technological skills as needed.
  • Computer skills in Excel, crystal reporting and an understanding of the Maximo, Data Splice system, preferred.
  • Excellent analytic and strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex problems to implement and conduct upgrades and modifications with contracting organizations.
