Project Overview Responsible for the end to end project management of the Project to support the strategic business and operational goals of the organization. Assess Business Readiness, Develop Project Scope, Lead the new ERP system implementation Manage day to day oversight of the Project. The Project Manager will, in collaboration with core team members, develop working groups comprised of SMEs across cross functional business units. Prepare, maintain, and update project plans, agendas, and systems set up for the Project. This includes determining project steps, activities, the sequence of events, critical success paths, dependencies, and the duration of tasks. Establish and track milestones, and delivery dates for the Project and underlying process enhancements. Identify and acquire appropriate resources needed, ensuring availability necessary for project deliverables. Manage resources within respective departments, other internal departments, outside service providers as well as materials committed to the projects. Coordinate work of cross departmental teams to ensure Project objectives are achieved and timelines are met. Follow up with various stakeholders to ensure that the Project plan is executed as expected. Serve as a central point of contact to routinely relay, facilitate and keep stakeholders apprised of the project s status and respond to questions or inquiries regarding the project including delivering presentations to senior staff. Maintains open communications and relationships with clients, external vendors, as well as the project team, coordinating and conducting meetings as appropriate. Monitor project deliverables and progress through the duration of the project plan, managing deviations as appropriate, including project scope. Identify factors jeopardizing the project and escalates issues as appropriate, recommending solutions to senior project team members. Develop and manage procurements activities RFI, RFQ, RFP, etc. from development through vendor selection for assigned projects or ongoing business unit support. Lead cross functional teams to understand current state, future state landscape, organizational, master data and business processes and requirements. Lead development of functional specification activities and interface effectively with the Development teams to translate Functional Specification documentation into Technical Specifications and the development of technical designs Work with local management to plan and schedule participation of key stakeholders in testing activities. Provide leadership, guidance, and support during management of the execution of testing activities monitoring progress. Work with Training team so they develop necessary training materials. Work with Training Factory to understand training content as part of Train the Trainer sessions. Work with local management to plan and schedule participation of key stakeholders in end user training activities. Work with local management, Data Conversion team and Training team to plan and schedule cutover and go live activities, identifying sequence of tasks, double entry, manual procedures, and load sequences involved. Manage Deployment related cutover and go live activities. Manage support post go live, leading team to resolve post go live issues Responsible for the end to end project management of the Project to support the strategic business and operational goals of the organization. Skills Project management experience in cross functional systems implementations of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Workday, SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, or equivalent midmarket ERP solutions is a plus Demonstrated skills in working effectively across business lines and partnering to meet common objectives Able to manage a detailed project plan Education and Certifications Click here to view the approval chain Capable of handling complex conversations with leaders of the organization Action oriented, but detailed and organized Project management skillset on ERP implementations Business minded, business acumen, knows how the business works and is aware of external best practices Large scale, global program management experience, including full life cycle system deployments Interpersonal Savvy: good relationships up and down the organization, can drive change and tactfully resolve situations of conflict Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences ability to simplify Education Bachelor s Degree required Minimum 5 years of professional level experience in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Workday and/or Oracle configuration and testing activities Project Management and Team Leadership experience #tech
