- Creates and maintains project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
- Communicates appropriately, clearly, and effectively with project team, implementation partner(s), internal operations, and executive leadership
- Makes informed decisions on how to set expectations through collaboration with internal project team and understand of constraints and risks
- Exercises sound judgment and escalates issues appropriately
- Strives to continuously develop technical knowledge of processing, hosting and review tools/platforms
- Develops understanding of workflows, processes, and best practices related to mergers and acquisitions
- Complies with department policies and works within parameters of role.
- Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience
- Project management certification strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, or other closely related roles
- Significant experience in the Consumer Goods industry is required
- Strong experience of ERP systems, SAP, Oracle etc.
