Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support Web Services/API projects, as well as Production Support initiatives.

- Work across teams and with business stakeholders to identify and escalate risks where required
- Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external business teams
- Work with Product Owners to manage and maintain project backlog
- Work with team leads to schedule support resources for off hour and weekend support
- Maintain production support runbooks
Requirements of the Technical Project Manager: - Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of project management experience
- Experience with CMS, Java development, API services, IAM, or data-driven platform projects
- At least 2 years of experience working with Agile teams
- Experience with integration projects
- Experience working with globally diverse teams
- Ability to anticipate issues and find solutions
