About the job

As a Client Services Manageryou will manage the operational performance of our on-site catering service and Laundryservice delivery at our Client site in Wyoming. This is acustomer focusedleadership role, managing a team of chefs and catering assistants and laundry attendants.

The role encompasses managing day to day catering services, food costing, menu design, managing staff rosters, overseeing effective stock control,all the while ensuing a high standard of food hygiene. This is a hands-on day-to-day site operations management position, where you will be achieving high levels of resident and client satisfaction through your accountability and strong corporate governance focus while providing great customer and client service.

About you

You are a business savvy professional with specific healthcare/aged care experience, or alternativelybroad hotel/resort style operational management experience, with prior experience with large scale and high-volume food service (possibly with a Chef background) as well as managing catering teams, you must have excellent communication skills, financial acumen, experience managing budgets &demonstrated understanding of food costing, food cost variables (wastage, rotation etc).HACCP and food safety is essential. You will be personableand have well developed leadership and motivational skills, ensuring that you drive consistency and innovation and in turn deliver required service outcomes. Your experience in the Healthcare sectorwill be highly desirable.
