Assistant Residence Manager

The Assistant Residence Manager is responsible for assisting supervisors on the residential floors during peak hours, provide staff training, oversight of data systems, payroll and scheduling. The Assistant Residence Manager ensures that operations of the residence support a high quality of life for those individuals who live there and that each individual’s person-centered needs (including but not limited to: physical, medical, emotional, social, familial, safety, and communication needs) are supported within the group home/residential setting. The Assistant Residence Manager supervises and provides direction to the staff and Supervisors as needed.
