Overview: Join our Family Matters program, where you will have the unique opportunity to provide vital mental health services to children and their families in their homes and communities. We are dedicated to your professional growth, offering ongoing training and education through our Educational Institute. Compensation Range: $60,000-$75,000. We offer an additional $5,000 for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish. What You’ll Do: As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Provide clinical services in the lower Westchester community, helping families in their own homes and communities.
Provide light case management, as needed.
Deliver timely and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress reports.
Collaborate with clients to update treatment plans quarterly, ensuring goals are met.
Offer compassionate crisis intervention when needed.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (MSW, LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC)
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for community-based work
Experience working with youth with mental health needs
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
