Description:The Medical Scheduler assesses a large volume of phone calls and requests both clinical and non-clinical in nature while providing superior customer service and maintaining a one call resolution standard.Assesses a high volume of incoming calls and requestsSchedules appointments including but not limited to physicals, office visits, consults, Hospital follow ups and CDL exams for 100+ multi-specialty physicians and other medical professionals. Utilizes all resources available to efficiently and effectively assist all callers.Transfers/ warm-transfers calls to other departments and/or staff members when appropriate. Gathers all pertinent information for requests and relays messages to clinical staff members accordingly.Handles emergencies according to specified proceduresUses NextGen medical software and Microsoft Outlook on a daily basis.About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
