PURPOSE

To support the tremendous growth of Rituals Digital we need a strong team at one of the core pillars of the department. The Service & Sales team is our frontline within Digital and represents the voice of the customer through the service agents. Therefore, the Service & Sales team is key in the Rituals CRM strategy. In this team we are looking for a skilled Business Analyst that can build bridges between business and development.

YOUR ROLE

We provide service agents a seamless and state of the art digital experience in their work, so they can help customers easy and effectively. For this we are constantly developing new functionalities, improving the platforms they work with (mainly Salesforce Service Cloud) and evaluating processes. The Service & Sales Business Analyst is the link between the Customer Service / CRM team and our development team and is responsible for capturing requirements, validating them and translating them into solutions.

  • You truly want to understand the business requests for new functionalities so you can translate them into refined and detailed user stories on the backlog. Ready for the development team to work on
  • You dive in the details together with UX designers, architects and developers but you don’t lose sight of the bigger picture
  • You want to find the best solutions possible, which serve business needs perfectly and that are technically validated
  • You take pride in delivering a great and always improving product together with the team (Product Owner, Business Analysts, Testers and external development team)

YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • You have an academic (University) or higher vocational (HBO) background
  • You have around 2 years’ experience in a BA position, preferably in e-commerce or in the service domain
  • You have experience in defining and documenting processes and writing user stories with functional requirements
  • You can communicate ideas in both technical and stakeholder-friendly language
  • You’re a self-starter, you can effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Fluent in English with good writing skills
