MAIN PURPOSEAs Data Entry Assistant you will support the Product Managers with entering the Innovation data onto the Rituals Master Database (STEP). In this way the Product Managers can fully focus on the development of creative ideas. Furthermore you will manage and streamline operational processes that guarantee the other departments always see the correct data.

YOUR ROLEIn this role you ensure that our data processes run smoothly and the Innovation, Soulwear and House of Rituals data is entered correctly into STEP. Challenging, because we are a global company, and the amount of product data is huge.You’ll join the Innovation Operations department, where you’ll support the Data Entry Coordinator. While you mainly zoom in making sure the product data is up to date, you also take into account the data is entered within our timelines.

We also expect you to spot other anomalies and resolve those just as efficiently. Therefore you will gain knowledge of the ins and outs of STEP and you maintain, evaluate and correct the data onto the system. You will spend a lot of time entering data in the tool,but also have plenty of business contact.

YOU

• Ideally, you have finished your Bachelor and have a solid (2+ years) data entry track record. However, we are open to talented (HBO) starters or people with an MBO background who have data entry experience.
• You love diving into data (Excel is your diving buddy) and have a penchant for muttering ‘That’s odd…’
• You want to proactively optimize data and processes – if improvements are possible, you’re the one that drives them
• You feel fine working solo, but are a team player at heart
• You may be ‘into’ data, but that doesn’t mean you don’t like to crack a joke
• You understand and welcome the impact of this job
• You are very accurate and value the quality of work you deliver
• You are service minded and you like to help and assist other colleagues
• You like to do administrative and computer related work
