Both in existing and new markets for all company owned stores. You get excited if there is one way of working within the global and local Retail line of business and you are even more thrilled when you can support user appropriation of applicable applications and tools on all levels.With the store teams of more than 1000 locations in mind, your week will be all about supporting countries with the implementation of our global templates within Quinyx, liaise with key users across the globe, drive improvements based on feedback from users, support with store targeting, scheduling and process improvement to further contribute to excellent Retail operations.In this role you make sure that you support our frontline heroes in the store by:Implementing one way of working in the Retail line of businessDay-to-day ticket resolution as a part of workforce management support serving globally.Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with operations teams, ensure escalation if applicableSee, understand and recognize any impacts to system landscapeUnderstand and follow Data Governance, support initiatives for ensuring data quality and if necessary highlight data quality issuesTimely and qualitative implementation, control and measurement of retail programs, applications, processes, and procedures.Contribute to a more effective and efficient set-up and execution of Retail operationsContinuous improvement initiatives based on evaluations and stakeholder feedback.Trainings & knowledge sharingTHIS IS YOUHigh on energy, low on ego, and with lots of humor.
