PURPOSE OF TE JOBWe are looking for a Global HR Data Lead to innovate the HR Analytics. You get the freedom to use your experience, creativity and innovative mindset to expand the HR Analytics function within Rituals globally. With insights into people data, you stimulate the company and scale the organisation. You own projects around developing and improving data collection, building and maintaining scalable dashboards to further extend self-service and drive business decisions based on data.
