Support our worldwide franchise partners and help ensure growth, operational excellence, and premium customer service

THE TEAM

Our International Franchise team is responsible for the overall management and support to all our Franchise Partners throughout the world. Our goal is to ensure our partners have all the means available to drive offline & online growth, operational excellence, and premium customer service in line with Rituals’ Brand guidelines. Ultimately, to strengthen the Rituals’ Brand in the franchise countries.

As an International Franchise Coordinator, you are a part of a strong, experienced, and fun team working in a fast-moving environment. Our team comes first, creating results together.

YOUR ROLE

As an International Franchise Coordinator, your main tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Execute and streamline existing processes and projects, for the commercial and operational support for our Franchise partners (communication, stock, pricing, reporting, retail, training, digital comms, marketing, events support, etc.);
  • Develop and maintain communication strategies, platforms and ongoing information to both our Franchise partners as well as our Central Head Office teams;
  • Be the go-to person for all Franchise partners and all internal Lines of Business when it comes to our Franchise partners, ensuring our partners have all they need to excel;
  • Drive business data acquisition, consolidation, reporting and analysis.

YOUR PROFILE

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

  • You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, (International) Retail, Hospitality Management or similar;
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international FMCG / Retail organization;
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to communicate with a very diverse and international group of stakeholders;
  • You know how to analyse information and data and you know your way around the MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • You have the ability to use own initiative to advance projects forward and a high sense of personal responsibility;
  • You are fluent in in spoken and written English.
