YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Together, we contribute to our strong purpose in creating meaningful moments. In this role in particular, we make sure that Rituals customers will receive the best experience in stores everywhere worldwide.

This role involves managing multiple projects within an international and dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ranging from new furniture developments including the in-store installations for all stores worldwide to new display updates to manage Christmas podiums and windows in Wholesale worldwide. Every project is completely new, you will be constantly challenged.

The pro-active Project Specialist will claim full ownership over his/her projects, which can be up to 20 international projects at the same time. Full responsibility is needed in every step, from scratch to implementation and all steps in between. There’s a lot of cooperation in this role involved. The Project Specialist partners closely with the internal Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Innovation department. You will report to your stakeholders in Wholesale, Retail and Travel and work together with the Supply Chain and Procurement department. You will work within the heart of rituals!

On a daily base your main activity is project management for new developments in our stores and liaising with all involved parties. You also have to manage budget and resources. Handle operational and maintenance issues during development, production and installation. Everything to ensure that the projects are successfully delivered based on quality, time, and budget. As Rituals is growing, things change often. We expect the Project Specialist to be extremely flexible. He/She is an easy adapter and welcomes challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3- 5 years of experience as an all-round Project Manager
  • Retail experience is required (preferably in a fast-moving, fast-growing environment)
  • Up-to-date and detailed insights in retail organizations best practices, processes, models, tools, and systems
  • You have significant experience with Excel and Office
  • You are precise, pro-active, results-oriented, energetic, and a natural-born self-starter
  • High level of independence
  • Excellent communication (in Dutch and English) and stakeholder skills; you can level with and align with everyone, right up to senior management
  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree
