MAIN PURPOSE

Asour experienced procurement analyst, you are responsible for initiating, executing and monitoring indirect procurement projects in close collaboration with the Senior Procurement Manager. You will support her with the further deployment of COUPA (PtoP tool) and in building the overall procurement strategy.YOUR ROLE

This is a new role within Rituals and your main focus will be on capturing savings by negotiating commercial terms as well as efficiencies in the ways of working. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders from Marketing, Business Technology, HR to Finance, Legal and the COUPA project team.

In addition, you will enhance quality or value in existing procurement activities, following best practices from previous experience and/or peer network. Whilst doing so, you are continuously improving our internal processes and enhancing relations with our suppliers. You bring structure by further deploying COUPA and by setting up contracts/SLA’s.

In summary you:

  • Identify savings opportunities in partnership with the business
  • Support the business in negotiations, setting up contracts, and defining KPI’s
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance in collaboration with the business
  • Look for continuous improvement and efficiencies in current ways of working
  • Support with the roll-out of procurement projects (amongst others ‘COUPA’)

YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • You have a higher professional or university level education (HBO/WO) in a relevant study and around 5 years of work experience in FMCG or Retail
  • You’ve spent a minimum of 3 years in indirect procurement
  • You combine a results-oriented attitude with a penchant to inspire stakeholders to strive for common goals
  • You have all the tools to establish, develop and cultivate partner relations
  • You are highly organised and have the abilityto structure activities and projects, stick to agreements within deadlines and according to guidelines
  • You have a hands-on and problem solver approach
  • You are fluent in English both written and verbal, multiple language skills (Dutch, German, French or Spanish) area plus
