MAIN PURPOSE

Within the guidelines set by the (operational) manager Customer Relations, the Team Lead guards the departmental KPI’s and processes within his/her team. The Team Lead also executes high quality people management in order to create both well understood procedures and highly motivated and capable employees through which the customer’s satisfaction can be maintained and continuously improved.

YOUR ROLE

As manager of his/her own team, the Team Lead is responsible for the qualitative (result of customer satisfaction) and quantitative (productivity, presence, turnover, SLA) performance of his/her team. The result has direct impact on the brand image, the Rituals customer’s experience as well as indirectly on the financial performance of the unit. The Customer Relation Team Lead interacts with stakeholders within and outside the company, and in addition to this, signals potential escalations, handles calls or call-backs when needed. You are capable of making appropriate decisions regarding operational targets in case of any unexpected activities, calamities or changes, if applicable in cooperation with involved internal departments and Customer Relation management. We are looking for someone who shows a flexible, strong character, who makes connections easy and is creative in finding solutions which are suitable for our customers. In addition to this, the Team Lead is capable of conducting interviews, in co-operation with HRM, with candidates for open positions.

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of work and perception;
  • Affinity and experience with social media, communication, marketing, sales and customer service;
  • You are

    nativein Swedish and fluentEnglish;
  • Experience in coaching and developing others;
  • Result-driven;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, always with the consumer at heart;
  • Ability to solve difficult challenges;
