We are looking for a UX Copywriter to join Booking.com and be a key contributor to the user experience of our Flights business. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a product that will be used globally by millions of people every day.

You will join a highly collaborative team of dedicated designers, copywriters, and researchers committed to crafting a user-focused experience that also delivers on business objectives. You must be proactive and own your commitments.

We expect you to incorporate qualitative and quantitative data into your decision-making; a wealth of user feedback, research, and other data are at your disposal. You will use your data-informed approach to craft critical initiatives that have a measurable impact on our user experience. While experience with optimization and experimentation is critical, you must also influence stakeholders with purely your expertise at hand.

Experience writing for flight-related products and marketing communications is a plus!

B.Skilled

You have a minimum 3 years relevant experience in UX Writing – this includes past experience working in e-commerce or data-driven product teams

You have a fluency in English

You have a portfolio that demonstrates your UX writing experience

You’re a passionate advocate for users, dedicated to the craft of writing and creating elegant user experiences

You write copy that is intuitive, futureproof and scalable

You are technically savvy, with an understanding of experimentation and deriving data and insights from quantitative and qualitative research

You have a can-do attitude and work well independently and in a team

You’re self-driven and take ownership of your ideas to solve challenging problems in an evolving environment

You thrive on feedback, responding with creative thinking and iterations

You enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures and disciplines

You are a strong communicator with an eye for detail 

You are able to prioritise multiple projects and stakeholders
