NCDOI - Desktop Support Analyst (683318) 06/06/2022 06/02/2023 106 Baker Road Archdale N.C.27263 All work must be completed on-site in Archdale, NC and the candidate must be available to travel to Gastonia on an as needed basis. Candidate must have transportation. Travel expenses are eligible for travel reimbursement based upon state policy. Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience. Description (including, but not limited to): 1. Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems 2. Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users 3. Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users 4. Troubleshooting desktop, laptop or mobile devices 5. Performs upgrades and reimaging 6. Set up new workstations and relocate existing ones 7. Install/remove applications 8. Install/remove peripherals 9. Support network printers 10 Candidate needs to be able to travel to Gastonia on an as needed basis. We expect that to be probably once a month. Candidate must have transportation to/from Gastonia.
