We are committed to quality and seekinglike-minded, motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors.ResponsibilitiesAs a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member, working closely with our landscape designers and project managers, you will be responsible for executing various landscape enhancement projects that play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces to meet our client's needs and exceed their expectations. This role requires a passion for landscaping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentyou will Assist with the installation of new landscapes and renovations under the guidance of our Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader.Perform landscape enhancement tasks including planting, mulching, sodding, and installing landscape features such as decorative rocks, pavers, and retaining walls.Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris, grading surfaces, and ensuring proper drainage.Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools, including but not limited to small heavy equipment, chainsaws, blowers, and hand tools.Follow landscape design plans and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation of enhancements.Communicate professionally and courteously with team members, project managers, and clients to coordinate work and address any concerns or questions.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment storage areas.Assist with other landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including irrigation repair, pest control, and seasonal clean-ups.QualificationsMinimum one year experience in the landscape/construction industry preferredEffective verbal and written communication skillsTime management skillsAbility to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a teamValid driver's license and eligibility to be added to the company insurance policy preferredKnowledge of landscape plants, materials, and installation techniquesPhysically fit and able to lift heavy objects and carry out strenuous tasksoutdoors in variousweather conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and coldStrong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional quality workmanshipExcellent teamwork and communication skillsAbility to operate landscape equipment and tools safely and effectivelyWillingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in the landscaping industryCompensationExpect 40 – 50 hours per week in season (approximately March 1 – December 15) and 40 hours out of season (weather dependent).
