Dixie Belle Ice Cream is currently seeking top sales people to join our pre-sale team. Dixie Belle has an available position for our Asheville branch servicing Asheville and surrounding areas. Specific routes will be assigned once training is completed (Driver will be assigned a route in the proximity of branch's territory).
This is a fast paced environment and our pre-sellers will work closely with store managers to make orders. This person is responsible for cleaning and rotating products inside the display case, placing POS materials and making an order. This is a Monday thru Friday position, but there will be some weeks were working on Saturday is required. This is an hourly pay position with opportunities to make commission on obtaining new customers. This position will require strong organizational skills. This position is a 1099 contractor that works independently in the field.
The Pre-sale person will be provided:
A dedicated territory and a service schedule
A car will be provided or a mileage reimbursement will be paid
Each pre-sale will be given a mini IPad to use to write and submit orders
Uniforms
Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Valid drivers license and good driving record
Bilingual is preferred, but not required for consideration
All potential sales representatives will undergo a background check and a drug screening
At least 3 years of Sales experience preferred
