SUB NEEFED. I am a contractor looking for help on projects from time to time. I need someone I can turn loose on a job and not have to worry if it’s done right, or if it’s even getting done. This means a 1099. Looking for a good carpenter and helper for remodeling and addition. Must have all tools, transportation, not a drunk or druggie, and no excuses about can’t work, or can’t fix that, etc. Must show up for work. Good attitude. Would be nice if you could do siding, small roof job, minor drywall repair, Hardwood flooring, hang doors ( correctly ) Trim ( doors, windows, base, crown, etc. Must have liability insurance. Pay depends on your experience.
