Qualifications:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  Minimum of 15 years of experience in data migration, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
  Extensive experience migrating HR data to SuccessFactors.
  Proven experience migrating data for other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution).
  Hands-on experience with data migration tools, including Syniti.
  Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
  Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation techniques.
  Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Qualifications:
  SAP certifications related to data migration.
  Experience with other data migration tools and technologies.
