IT Supervisor (Development Lead)

Responsible for projects from requirement analysis, design specification, code development, testing and deployment for Java Object Oriented design and development. Communicate technical design and architecture requirements to individual developers, as well as Scrum delivery teams and to facilitate collaboration between product, QA, and development team members. Identify and drive code improvements, including technical debt. Lead quality code and design, and push for better processes for team operations. Mentor others and proactively identify opportunities to improve intra- and inter-team capability, such as interviewing and active participation in guilds. Advocate for a solid technical approach and influence peers. Perform code reviews to ensure quality of programming through standards enforcement, peer code review and automated tools. Lead technical design, solution approach and manages technical implementation.
