Job Description: Sr Circuit Provisioning EngineerThis role will support the Army National Guard. This position will assist with issuing and tracking connectivity orders within the Army National Guard. Responsibilities and Duties:Responsible for processing customer requests/orders for voice, data, and special circuits utilizing DoD order entry system with the intent to request, assist, and provide guidance for installation, disconnects and modifications to communication services and capabilities. Responsible for coordinating and tracking requests/orders to provide biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Qualifications/Required Skills:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Excellent customer service and organization skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be highly organized and detail oriented.Must be able to take initiative and work independently or as a member of a team.Must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: multi-tasking, critical thinking; and the ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a dynamic and fluid environment.Must have an active Secret Clearance.Location: Cary, NC or Ashburn, VA
