Find out how far your passion can take you.About the JobThe Account Manager is responsible for growing new business and achieving quota within a set group of existing Government clients. In this role, you will be connecting with accounts in your territory while adding insight and value through all client interactions. Through this value-added relationship you will uncover, qualify, manage, and close opportunities. It is important to have a value-added mindset and be willing to continue to learn and be curious.What you will do Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships Achieve service and ARR quotas through growth sales to existing Brightly Government clients. Be knowledgeable about all Brightly products and pricing including legacy, current and future offerings. Manage a territory: Identify priority accounts, develop a territory strategy, complete the strategy and adjust when necessary to achieve ongoing success. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; asking pertinent discovery and qualification questions, overcoming objections from prospects. Manage Brightly’s end-to-end sales process, provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, and maintain accurate recording through ongoing Salesforce hygiene. Handle procurement process to establish and reinforce urgency and predictability. Work collaboratively with other Brightly departments to seamlessly connect clients with internal resources and information that support their ongoing success. Proactively engages with clients to help anticipate their needs as they grow with our solutions. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.What you need 3+ years of Sales, Account Management or other similar experience Experience selling SaaS with a history of hitting or exceeding quota Desire to continually grow and improve.
