Do it here.What you’ll be doingAs the Digital Product Manager, you'll be a part of Verizon Business Group’s digital product team focusing on driving sales and revenue on Verizon’s B2B self-service portal, My Business. You will lead the strategy for enabling digital growth within our suite of innovative emerging products and solutions such as Verizon Connect, Blue Jeans Video Conferencing, and 5G. Utilizing your experience in understanding and balancing the needs of the business and the digital audience, you’ll create a highly engaging digital user experience and functional programs to achieve our goals. You will be responsible for the customer journey optimization and understanding traffic analysis to improve conversion of these products. You’ll be the SME within your product space developing the 18-24 month roadmap leading an innovative customer experience strategy providing the best online experience while driving revenue and sales.Develop strategies to implement programs and online experiences to drive sales on key Verizon products and solutions within My Business.

Complete and assess website funnel analysis to determine opportunities to promote solutions and identify system improvements based on customer fall-out and online behavior.

Utilize propensity and AI data to develop a personalized online experience driving desired product and service sales and conversions.

Draft the vision message and deliver it to our executives & stakeholders.

Manage multiple highly complex projects at one time - owning projects from beginning to end including development and management of a robust 18-24 month roadmap.

Using agile practices to develop business cases, user stories, prioritizing work efforts based on impact.

Being the subject matter expert and acting as the champion for My Business - using strong people and communication skills to drive functionality awareness, socialize changes, align on strategies with product stakeholders.

Utilize understanding of ROI analysis with research on industry trends and best practices to drive the strategy, develop customer requirements, build financial models/business cases.

Develop and monitor appropriate targets for your functional area and report results to understand customer utilization and conversion analysis.

What we’re looking forThis hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.You’ll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience with digital and funnel analysis.

On the job experience with sales in ecommerce portals and apps.

Experience with driving strong KPIs and ROIs.

Project management experience in Agile environment.

Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have or more of the following:PMP certification.

Advanced training on user experience (UX) from a qualified institution (Human Factors International, Bentley University etc.).

Experience with digital promotions, digital operations and/or merchandising

Experience with SaaS

Experience in customer journey mapping and analysis

Adobe Analytics (or similar) knowledge.

Strong experience with Google Sheets & Slides.

Wireless experience.

Marketing experience.

Experience in web personalization.

Experience in web design, ecommerce, graphic design, UX or related field.

Experience analyzing data, preparing reports and making recommendations.
