Electrical Engineer @ Pleasanton, CA. Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering / electronics 12+ years of Electronic Design Experience & Embedded product development Must have previous work experience in microcontroller (latest models), CPLD/FPGA and/or digital logic, Serial protocols (USB, I2C, SPI, RS232, etc.) Must have strong knowledge in various design analysis for digital board & Mixed signal designs such as timing, noise margin, part stress and worst case analysis. Must have handled cross functional projects and successfully delivered for the same. Hands on experience in electronic circuit design Previous experience in analog control electronics, sensor and solutioning Experience in electrical requirements, board specification and system requirement writing. Must be able to bring quick solution in reworking existing unit with hardware and/or software. Experience in medical product development and testing (preferred) Comfortable with working in a lab environment and executing hands on testing Must have knowledge in EMC compliance design and testing Must be familiar with technical work instruction and drawings, and good documentation practices Must have circuit design experience using tools like Altium, OrCAD OR equivalent (Altium is preferred) Must be familiar with software tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience working with development teams across the Geo in different time zones
