- Performs networking tasks with routers, switches, loads IOS builds router configurations, virtual server and physical server experience, putty experience

- Apply STIG and security best practices to all devices
- Oversee and maximize virtual machine operations while also being able to utilize Linux command line prompts and Linux system administration
- Oversee multiple database, SAN, and NAS administration
- Provide help-desk support to all members of the Troop in troubleshooting existing technologies and incorporating new technologies into the Troop
- Create and troubleshoot Windows User Accounts, Group/Group Permissions and File Permissions
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Networking, Information Systems, or Computer Science and five to seven years of related work experience.
- Strong verbal and written skills
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, NetApp Storage Solutions, VMWare, and Linux CentOS 6/7 software.
- Experience configuring, managing, and monitoring network appliances
- Experience with Zabbix for monitoring devices on the network
- Security+, CCNA Security, other security certifications
