- Application Tier-3 Support, Handling the tickets, Analysis & debugging, building operations dashboard, work with interfacing systems, resolve the tickets, route the tickets to appropriate systems, make necessary code changes, production release support, Production Implementations, Health Checks, Sanity Checks, Production Validation and Verification
- UNIX, Angular, Springboot, J2EE, Javascript, JBoss, Apache/Tomcat, Oracle, Oracle Data Visualization, Experience in Application Tier-3 Support
