Release Manager - Hybrid

Role: Release Manager Location: Cary, NC and Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid 3 days onsite a week) Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Responsible for Telecom domain for Wireline and Wireless enterprise release governance including xCIO like VCG, NT, CSG, etc. release alignments, integrated release scheduling, change control management, release exception management, etc. Responsible for Release milestones, programs and project alignments, scope freeze, release packaging, environment availability check coordination, data sanity check coordination, Dev commitments, End-to-End test alignments, etc. Release integrated status reporting trackers/dashboards management, Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting at project teams, program leads and portfolio leadership levels Interpersonal skills, effective collaboration skills, Technical Project Management skills, real time experience in Agile, SAFe and waterfalls delivery models, etc. People/Team/Stakeholder management skills, Self-organized, Leadership escalation management and test challenges mitigation skills
