Description:

Coordinates, develops and maintains web sites that provide valuable information and tools and serve internal and external customers. Ensures a quality presentation of writen and graphical web content, a positive web visitor experience and a competitive web presence in the marketplace.DUTIES:Coordinates the technical creation of innovative written, visual and audio content for internet pages so that the web site is appealing, informative and satisfying to the visitor and is competitive in the marketplace. Manages and publishes web content by interacting with marketing groups, legal, other divisions and the enterprise to maintain current and relevant product and service information. Analyzes existing data and content (print, electronic, survey data, etc.) to ensure that when used on the web, the content conveys a consistent tone and credible message to the online audience. Provides guidance and supports business partners and external vendors in the creation of web technologies and content to ensure that the client and industry web standards are met in delivering a functional and dynamic site. Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs and goals of web projects are met.Specific Position RequirementsEffective digital writing and editing skillsKnowledge of web writing and development, web design and functionalityExperience in project managementExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, content management toolsExperience working with a content management tool (Teamsite), an information database (Akeneo), and templates.Experience in digital/web content creation and management.Some experience with code: HTML, boot strap, CSS

Web Production Specialist – PublicationsSkills & Experience:Familiarity with Content Management System - Teamsite is a plus but not required.Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively with different people in marketing and creative fields.Working with web development and marketing teams to implement your solutions.Understanding the behavior and expectations of online visitors.Staying up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and design.Problem solving skills a must.Desired Skills:Strong understanding and application of CSS and HTMLHTML, CSS, and JS/Jquery working knowledge and modification of already developed code.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign.Ability to do production level image work including cropping images, resizing images, and creating basic layouts with images.Background with marketing or journalismExperience with PIM or DAMExperience with Project Management System (Workfront)

ResponsibilitiesWorking with creative directors to implement UX designs in Teamsite for Furrow, tips sites, and more.Production level development of pages for the client site.Production level deployment of pages for client siteAssist in other production level development and deployment of pages for client siteAnalyze provided data to help enhance UX and development and assist in implementing new ideas.Image manipulation in Photoshop including cropping, resizing, and layout.Basic copy manipulation in InDesign.Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
