- Conduct buyer and market research to inform marketing campaigns and content creation
- Develop and create compelling collateral and thought leadership materials, including differentiating value prop, white papers, solution brochures/ data sheets, blogs, webinars and more
- Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends to provide timely insights to product, sales, and marketing teams
- Create sales tools and training materials to enable sales with right messaging and competitive positioning
- Own and improve website and social media presence to drive market awareness and sales conversions
- Act as a member of the product strategy team, representing customer and market views and influencing strategy
- Partner with Product Management and Sales to assess right level of GTM engagement and develop appropriate GTM plan with demand generation team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute GTM initiatives, ensuring all key components of marketing, sales enablement, and customer support deliver per plan
- Bachelor's degree with business or marketing focus a plus
- 3+ years of marketing and/or related product management experience
- Prefer experience in a market-facing role, with proven experience working directly with B2B SaaS sales teams
- Adept at delivering presentations internally, as well as to customers and prospects
- Professional speaking experience (trade shows, webinars, e.g.) a plus
- Managing by influence: working with and collaborating in a cross-departmental fashion
- Pragmatic Marketing and/or Product Marketing Alliance certification a plus
- Strong product marketing baseline knowledge set
- Excellent people and management skills
- Communication skills, including leading meetings across functional areas
- Ability to effectively prioritize projects and tasks
- Strong time-management skills a must
- Skilled at using data to drive decisions and improve processes
- Unafraid of working independently and dictating day to day responsibilities
- Comfortable using CRM, productivity applications, and marketing automation software
