Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Full Stack Developer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Insurance Services clients in Cary, NC or Remote . Our Client's Employee Experience organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer to deliver on key financial application development. In collaboration with multiple team members and architects, the candidate would lead the design and delivery of .NET based web application hosted on SharePoint Online/M365. Responsibilities :

  • Develop front-end and API development requirements for on-going support and new enhancements leveraging UI, C#/.NET/.NETCORE, SQL.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring team members in architecting, designing, and planning out complex technical implementations
  • Proven experience leading development teams in defining best practices for software development
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires the individual to simultaneously manage several projects, with tight deadlines, while paying attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent communication, planning, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong focus on meeting commitments and deliverables
  • Detail-oriented individual capable of working both independently and within a team.
Required Skills :
  • Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience with modern JavaScript framework, C#, .NET CORE, jQuery, CSS, and HTML5 Web API Development Experience developing Web APIs, Micro Services
  • Experience writing .NETCORE 2.X and .NET (Web API, Data Access, Dependency Injection, etc)
  • Ability to understand user stories and/or business requirements with ability to implement as logic/business rules in .NET
  • Experience with relational data models and writing SQL queries, statements, etc
  • Experience with writing and maintaining Unit tests
  • Experience with TFS and Agile/SCRUM Methodologies
  • Experience with/Knowledge of Docker images is a plus but not required
  • Good written and verbal communication skills is a must
