Charlotte accounting firm is looking for a part-time Accounting Assistant.
Responsibilities:
1. Monthly compilation of financial statements.
2. Perform full service payroll and prepare payroll reports.
3. Prepare monthly sales and use tax reports.
4. Prepare W2 and 1099 Forms.
5. Prepare individual tax returns.
6. Perform other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Great communication and customer service skill.
2. Ability to operate a computer, calculator and other general office equipments.
3. Efficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Educational Requirements:
Associate's degree in accounting.
