Job Description:
Join our dynamic marketing team as a Live Transfer Agent and play a pivotal role in connecting potential customers with our affiliate companies. As a Live Transfer Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects over the phone, identifying their needs, and seamlessly transferring qualified leads to our affiliates.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using provided scripts.
- Engage with prospects in a professional and friendly manner.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Transfer qualified leads to the appropriate affiliate.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly transfer quotas.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
