- Manage complex Merchant suite of projects
- Support End to End Technology for programs and projects
- Perform project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion, and recovery
- Role has matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects
- Manages multiple projects or a single major project
- Ability to draft conceptual designs for MSPT that are impacted to drive out impacts and scope
- Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements/features for technology solutions
- Assists with technology estimates, manages complex technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment
- Manages to timelines and communicates project status
- Financial project management skills required - 3 or more years' experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization
- Executive reporting and presentation skills
- Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
- Client process and procedures experience
- Acquisitions experience preferred
- Familiarity with various project management tools
- Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
- Knowledge of Payments, Merchant or Financial Services space
- Agile experience strongly desired
- JIRA experience preferred
- 3rd party/vendor management experience
- PCI
