Location: Charlotte, NC Position Type: Contract Who are we looking for? Seeking a Data Scientist for the Automation and Innovation Team. Job Summary: The Azure Data Scientist applies their knowledge of data science and machine learning to implement and run machine learning workloads on Azure; in particular, using Azure Machine Learning Service. Required Skills:- Earned a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, math, physics, or another related field
- Earned a master's degree in data or related field
- Certifications for Azure to include some of the following: AZ-204 or AZ-204, AZ-304 or AZ-300, DP-100 or DP-200
- Experience in Scala
- Experience in statistical techniques such as classification, clustering, regression, natural language processing, feature engineering, etc.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience with GEP SMART ML/AI solutions. (Nice to Have)
- Experience with the MRM requirements (Nice to Have)
