- Be able to explain how to use the Collibra interface to users in both Data Governance areas and regular business areas. Knowledgeable about the Collibra metadata and operating model (s)
- Help train DTSS resources from both DEV and OPS context on data movement and workflow
- Create various internal presentations which provide context, content and updates on the overall program status, progress, challenges, successes, risk and issues
- Work closely with Sponsors to stay aligned on priorities, projects, updates and overall status
- Develop project deliverables that are required internally including plans, resource management, budgets, status, issues and risk logs and other related materials
- Develop deliverables (as needed) as part of the internal change and approval methodology such as artifacts necessary for Architecture, Legal and other forums
- Implement solutions to data issues and governance, providing clarity on business needs and priorities
- Liaise with other Data Governance leads to develop requirements for integration of other tools and other systems, as prioritized
- Develop and manage internal working groups to support the Collibra implementation
- Seek out industry best practices and incorporate relevant ideas

- Experience with implementing and designing large scale Collibra projects in a financial services industry
- Minimum of 7-10 years of Data Management experience in a mid to major level financial service organization
- Extensive experience with Data Governance capabilities like issue management resolution, metrics, data glossary, lineage, metadata management, policies, procedures and controls
- Understanding of Data Governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets throughout the data lifecycle
- Understanding of the related functions such as: risk management, data architecture and technology solutions
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
- Bachelors Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Management or Information Sciences
- Advanced degree in Information Management, Information Science is a plus
- Relevant Data Quality, Management, IT, Science or Governance training and Collibra certifications such as Collibra Certified - Ranger, Developer, and Platform Admin
