Responsible for enabling wide scale/organizational transformation to Lean-Agile principles, practices, and structures. Trains, coaches, and advises executives and portfolio leaders, in order to cultivate a successful Agile organization. Develops the Lean-Agile transformation strategy and supports its execution, including mentoring Agile Coaches. Expert in Lean-Agile transformation and change management efforts, and acts as a go to reference across the organization. Performs hands-on training/coaching to executive leaders on Agile transformation strategy. Guides the development of the Agile operating model including product and value stream definition based on business value, and alignment of teams to optimize flow and reduce dependencies. Establishes the process and structure for Lean Portfolio Management to align strategy and execution. Mentors executive leaders to embrace, model, and foster a culture of lean thinking. Educates leaders and facilitates outcome-based planning and definition of KPIs. Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the executive teams to increase their adoption. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the Lean-Agile frameworks along with industry and technology experience to assess organization's maturity and recommend, establish, and ensure consistency in practices across the organization. Responsible for establishing and leading the Agile Centers of Excellence necessary to foster Lean-Agile practices across the organization.
