Ranked as a top Fortune 100 Financial Services company, our client has an opening for a Sr. Salesforce Developer. This is a contract to hire opportunity! The initial duration will be 12 months with the expectation of converting to FTE afterwards.

This position will start out working remotely until offices are deemed safe to reopen. At which time, the role would be onsite in your choice of Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN or Des Moines, IA.

The team is bringing Salesforce into their environment and developing a Sales CRM Strategy. They have no current Salesforce expertise and as such need senior level resources that can serve as SMEs. The work is integration and new development.

Senior developer with significant Salesforce hands-on development experience working in a large scale environment.
8+ plus years of programming/systems analysis experience and 4-5 years of relevant experience with emphasis in applications and systems engineering development, database and middleware technologies.
5+ years of experience working with the salesforce customer portal, web services, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards
2+ years of experience on the Lightning Platform
Understanding of data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL tools
Awareness of general mobile solutions and architecture and understanding of on-platform mobile solutions and considerations
Experience with project and development lifecycle methodologies
Knowledge and experience with Agile best practices
Working experience in AppExchange App Development and Package Creation
The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
