Job Title: Senior Splunk Monitoring Engineer

Duration: 12 18 months

Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Jacksonville, FL

(Remote to Start due to Covid-19)

Job Summary: The Operational Engineering Team is seeking a strong Sr Architect that will participate in the development and implementation of monitoring solutions aligned as core to the business information flows and systems architecture. This individual provides integrated systems planning and recommends new or different technologies that will enhance current systems and support overall corporate and business goals aligned to the APS monitoring strategy. Recommends the appropriate monitoring capabilities in support of business process and is responsible for delivery of aligned capabilities across critical business applications. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; providing leadership in the execution of aligned as a team member or as an individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Provides input on staffing, budget and personnel.

Requirements:

Must have hands on build experience, not just looking for users of splunk mainly but some appdynamics would help
Experience setting up custom dashboards and setting up additional alerts and visualizations
