Remote start; eventually a hybrid role Our high profile client in Charlotte is seeking a dedicated IT Application Analyst to collaborate across teams to design, build, and deploy new software using an Agile/XP/TDD approach.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Senior IT Application Analyst:- Develop software platforms and frameworks
- Maintain services, monitor system health, application performance and continually look for improvements
- Scale systems sustainably using continuous deployment and automation
- Research and implement best design principals to improve reliability and velocity
- Work in an Agile environment and engage in practices such as XP, test driven development
- Resolve customer complaints with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience developing or supporting .NET applications
- Experience developing scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of jQuery, HTML5, AJAX, XML
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members
- Ability to program well-designed, efficient code that adheres to the latest industry standards
