JOB DESCRIPTION: Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions by working with Business Analysts to understand business needs and functional specifications. Develop, configure, or modify complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. Support systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure appropriate depth of test coverage. Participate and coach others in all software development lifecycle phases by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls. Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications by packaging solutions for deployment. Collaborate with architects and/or software consultants to ensure functional specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs. Estimate application requirements for technical design, code component-based applications using various programming languages, and test efforts and creation of production application support plans, schedules, and assignments. Responsible for an understanding of customer facing trends and secure coding practices in this space. Participate and assist junior team members and approve code to ensure it meets quality and adheres to standards by applying and sharing an in-depth understanding of company and industry methodologies, policies, standards, and controls. Collaborate cross-functionality to solve business problems and monitor priorities, deadlines and expectations. Validate and execute component integration test (CIT) scenarios to identify application errors and ensure software solutions meet functional specifications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in software development or a related field. Employer will accept single degree or combination of degrees, diplomas and/or professional experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree. Must have prior experience with: 5 years of experience involving the implementation of solutions applying software development life cycles (SDLC). 5 years of experience in database technologies. 3 years of experience leading development teams without direct reports for coordinating business requirements between U.S.A and offshore teams. 4 years of technical experience on the following technologies and tools: Java, JDBC, Spring, Servlet, C#, ASP.Net Core, .Net Core, Vb.Net, MVC, WebApi, Hibernate, LINQ, XML, NUnit, WCF, WPF, ASP, VB.
