THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

Principal Expectations:
  • Provide consultative support in partnership with all GPMO functions to help project leaders accomplish project goals and objectives.
  • Analyze feedback from the enterprise's IT Project Management Community to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conceptualize process enhancements to increase project delivery effectiveness.
  • Author process instruction and related materials to effectively achieve consistent execution by end users.
  • Execute the communication and adoption plan including training sessions as needed.

Mandatory Skills:
  • 5+ years Project Management experience in an enterprise IT system environment, PMP preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study preferred.
  • Proven experience driving enterprise change in large organizations.
  • Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project.
  • Experience using Enterprise Project Management tools (e.g., Clarity).
  • Handles ambiguity and changing priorities effectively.
